Furnished Double Room for Rent North Yate in Yate, Gloucestershire for sale

What's the house like? End terraced, three bedroom house within five minutes walk to the Farmhouse or Shopping Centre and a bus stop within ajump skip and hop away that can take you into Town. What's the room like? Moderate sized double room which is currently furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers and a double built in wardrobe. Decorated to a good standard and I'm planning on getting new carpet in there at some point (just not sure when yet and the old stuff is livable for a bit). Who lives here? Well at the moment it's me and the 3 P's (Poppy, Pickle & Puerno - all cats and all friendly) What am I like? Hmmm ... chatty, bubbly, opinionated, friendly professional - seeking similar (is this a dating site or am I trying to find a lodger?!?) What do I like? Cooking, Baking, Wine, reading, wine, Zumba, eating ... did I mention wine... What sort of tenant am I looking for? Ideally not someone who's going to hide away in there room all the time - chatty, friendly - maybe someone who likes a few drinks - won't moan at me if once in a blue moon I have the friends back a bit late and we're on singstar or kinect sports until all hours of the morning - in fact may even join in!
